Habitat for Humanity
 
We are need of volunteers to help at the build site for this Thursday, January 9th, Friday, January 10th and Saturday, January 11th.  Work hours are usually from 8am – 4pm.  If you can only volunteer for a couple of hours, we would still appreciate your help!
 
They will be sheet rocking the walls and there is NO experience needed! Habitat for Humanity provides all safety equipment and tools.
 
The the build site is located in Glencoe at 1519 Baldwin Avenue North. 
 
We are also in need of volunteers to bring a simple lunch . There are plates and utensils at the build site.

UPDATES:
 
Jan. 3rd
Ceilings are up, insulation all done and ready to sheet rock walls. 
Painting will start in about 3 weeks!
 
Dec. 6th – Siding is going on.
 
Nov. 21st – Interior framing is half finished.
 
Nov. 7th – The shingles, doors and windows have arrived!
 
The house for Trinity, Teresa, and family is underway! 
 
Footings are poured, water lines are in and framing will begin on Thursday, October 24th.
 
Thank you to Litzau Excavating and Rosckes Concrete for working in spite of the rain to get everything ready.  Our goal is to have the house framed, enclosed and roofed as quickly as possible, weather permitting!
