2020-2021 Sunday School
Please continue to check this web page for the most up to date information regarding the start of our Sunday School programming.
Greetings from your faith family at Christ Lutheran Church! We hope these past couple of months have been filled with time for family, some relaxation and some fun activities during a very different kind of summer. We continue to hold all of our families in prayer, especially as planning for educational programming here at church and for our school district is ongoing.
We have decided keep scheduling for classes as simple and consistent as possible, since there are so many unknowns at this time for all of our students and families.
The first Sunday of Sunday School (SS) will be Sunday, October 4 and will continue each week through, Sunday, December 20th.
For the PreK – 4th grade students, Sunday School will be held online utilizing the Sparkhouse rotation curriculum and delivered via recorded videos by Sunday School volunteers and families.
For the 5th & 6th grade students, Sunday School will meet via Zoom on Sunday mornings @ 10:10am during October & November. Additional class dates will be determined after November.
The SS activity pack will contain all supplies needed for weekly lessons and will be ready for students at the end of September.

Verses shared by Pastor Katherine in the all church mailing that was mailed on Monday, March 16th, 2020:
‘God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change, though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea; though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble with its tumult. “Be still, and know that I am God! I am exalted among the nations, I am exalted in the earth.” The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge.’ (Psalm 46:1-3, 10-11)
