Special Congregation Meeting
CLC Congregation,
On April 2 2023, Christ Lutheran Church will be having a special meeting for the specific purpose of whether to vote on a call of a new Pastor. We will hear input from the call committee about their process and why they feel we should call this candidate of choice. A bio of the candidate will also be given on that day. Our Constitution states that 5% of our voting members (47) will constitute a quorum. Authority to call a Pastor shall be in this congregation by at least two-thirds vote of the voting members present. Voting will be done by written ballot, voting by proxy or by absentee ballot shall not be permitted.
I appreciate everyone’s patience and faith during this process.
Confident in Christ,
Jeff Mullenbach
